If you’ve been feeling disconnected or stuck in unhelpful patterns you don’t understand, I’m here to help you find your way back to your centre of gravity. As a BACP-registered integrative transpersonal therapist, I offer a space where we can look beneath the surface of your everyday life to understand what is calling for your attention.
I work with a wide range of issues but clients often choose me when they want to work deeply on challenging family relationships, difficult partner relationships or work-related problems such as stress.
A Journey Inward
My approach is deeply holistic, blending person-centred psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness with Jungian and psychodynamic psychotherapy. This means we don’t just look at your surface symptoms; we look at the "whole" you. Together, we will:
* Explore the Unseen: We’ll gently look at the parts of your story - for example your "shadow" - that might be influencing your life from behind the scenes, causing anxiety, depression or a sense of feeling derailed.
* Bridge the Gap: Supported by insights from neuroscience and mindfulness, we’ll work to connect your conscious mind with your inner world and body, to help you feel more "at home" in your own skin.
* Uncover Your Potential: Carl Jung believed that our struggles – especially our struggles - carry the seeds of our potential and growth. We’ll work with the patterns that hold you back, making room for your true Self to emerge.
I believe healing isn't about the latest tools or about fixing what is broken but about integrating all the different parts of ourselves into a meaningful whole person.
Whilst there are no guarantees or quick fixes, I believe from personal and professional experience that with commitment on both sides therapy can meaningfully transform how we feel about ourselves and our lives.
