About Me
I am a Counsellor and Therapist with a Diploma and BA Hons in Person-Centred Counselling, a registered member of the BACP and a professional member of the Association for Online Counselling and Psychotherapy(ACTO). I live in Teddington and I am married with stepchildren and a labradoodle.
For 17 years, I was a senior manager in Relationship Account Management in the Corporate world. However, my family’s legacy of trauma, anxiety and premature death led me to having therapy. This led to a shift in my priorities and I left the business world to pursue a career where I could make a contribution to the lives of others.
I am from a working class North East family but my career has led me to work internationally and with many different cultures. I also have a Masters in Psychological Coaching and practice in the Corporate world, coaching managers and directors around vertical development and well-being issues.
